Rody Lubala Biben’tyo

Project Quality Assurer

Born in Bukavu, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rody Lubala Biben’tyo arrived in Brussels (Belgium) at the age of ten. Now in Belgium for more than 20 years, He lives and evolves while being rooted in the values that African culture abounds of.

Some would call it a « culture shock », but Rody has chosen to consider this as a « cultural wealth », an asset that allows him to discern the as yet untapped potential that the « young African » would possess.

Over the past 5 years, Rody has gained experience in accounting and has perfected his skills in corporate finance while being a husband and proud father.

In love with Art but also with entrepreneurship, he combined these two pleasures by creating in 2014, with his friend Arnaud Peltyn, the non-profit organization « THREE SEVEN MUSIC », which is active in the promotion, production and management of all forms of art. With « THREE SEVEN MUSIC », Rody made his debut in business management while combining the aforementioned passion of art and entrepreneurship.

It is after a vacation in the D.R. Congo that Rody will discover the realm and impact of sustainable development. He discovers the hidden face of Africa, the beauty and richness buried in the African nature. Consequently, he decides to contribute to the development of a finer and healthier image of the sub-Sahelian lands, looking for ways to meet the present needs of the African people by optimizing the capacity of future generations to meet their needs.

The choice to use his experience and drive for his passion as an added value within the context of Komala was quickly made. Hence, while overseeing the quality and evolvement of projects Rody Lubala Bibent’yo will also be focused on the administrative aspects of Komala.
