Grégory believes that the diaspora can be an essential element in the domestic development of a country. According to him, a country cannot only rely on its natural resources, it should also be able to count on its human resources in or outside the country.
As Vice-president, his focus will be on setting the lines out on Advocacy and Policy, Public Relation & Affairs and communication. Grégory brings experience in public communication, digital diplomacy, research and project management from organisations such as ADEPT, the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The General Delegation of the Government of Flanders to the USA and International Affairs.
He had the opportunity to work with the secretary of H.M. Queen of Belgium Mathilde, the Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-Moon, the Deputy Prime Minister of Belgium and Minister of Finance and Development Cooperation Alexander De Croo, the African Union, the European Union, the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the FRICK New York, EUNIC New York, International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) and GIZ.
Grégory holds a master in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of Antwerp. He also holds a Bachelor degree in Communication Management from the Erasmus University College Brussels, with a minor in Public communication completed in Fontys University College Eindhoven.
In his free time, he’s invested in renovating a school in Kimbanseke, a municipality of southern Kinshasa.
